ESI’s Land Group is continuing to support a range of Local Authority clients in the investigation and assessment of possible Part IIA sites.
During January 2013 ESI has been awarded 11 separate contracts to assess land quality risks at a range of brownfield sites across the Midlands and central Wales.
These commissions include 20+ preliminary risk assessments and a further six site investigation programmes. The sites in question range from former gasworks and smelting works to a petrol filling station and historical landfill sites.
Initial client feedback has suggested ESI’s continued success in winning public sector contracts reflects our clear understanding of brownfield issues (including softer issues such as communicating risks to the general public), our strong track record within the Part IIA market, our commitment to developing lasting working relationships with our Authority clients, and our cost effective approach.
